Bị Động Cơ Bản

Hôm nay chúng ta sẽ cùng tìm hiểu về Passive Voice, những điều cơ bản nhất của bị động. Bị động (passive voice) là một điểm ngữ pháp cho phép người sử dụng nhấn mạnh một thành phần nào đó trong câu (thường là Verb). Bị động có rất nhiều trường hợp đặc biệt, lưu ý khác nhau. Tuy nhiên, trong phạm vi của bài này, chúng ta sẽ tìm hiểu về những gì cơ bản nhất của passive voice.

Passive Voice

General Form

“Công Thức Chung”

Active Voice – Chủ Động:

Subject + TRANSITIVE Verb + Object

 

Passive Voice – Bị Động

Subject (Object câu chủ động) + BE + Past Participle (V3/V-ed) 

Trong đó thì:

Subject và Object thường có thể là một Danh Từ hoặc Pronoun.

Transitive Verb là một động từ có thể theo sau bởi Object.

Past Participle là động từ thêm -ed hoặc bất quy tắc cột 3.

Details of BE

Động từ “BE” (Trợ Động Từ) sẽ thay đổi theo Subject và Tense (Thì) mà câu được viết.

Example

• The man kills me
  (passive voice) I am killed
• The girls kiss me
  (passive voice) I am kissed
• The boy slaps me
  (passive voice)  I am slapped
• I kill the dogs
• (passive voice) The dogs are killed
• I burn the students
  (passive voice) They were burned
• The dog bit him
  (passive voice) He was bitten
• The tiger ate him
  (passive voice) He was eaten
• The computer attracted them
  (passive voice) They were attracted
• The game obsessed us
  (passive voice) We were obsessed
• The students ate the teachers
  (passive voice) The teachers were eaten
• We will drink the soup
  (passive voice) The soup will be drunk
• We will burn the school
  (passive voice) The school will be burned

• I have finished my work
  (passive voice) My work has been finished
• He has skipped his class
  (passive voice)  His class has been skipped
• They have bought the house
  (passive voice) The house has been bought
• We have killed the boys
  (passive voice) The boys have been killed
• The cats have eaten the dogs
  (passive voice)The dogs have been eaten

• I am killing my students
  (passive voice)  My students are being killed
• She is doing her homework
  (passive voice) Her homework is being done
• They are eating their teacher
  (passive voice) The teacher is being eaten
• The dogs were chasing the cats
  (passive voice) The cats were being chased
• The cats are chasing the mouse
  (passive voice) The mouse was being chased
• They were attacking the police
  (passive voice) The police were being attacked
